On 7 June, the seventh PURA BRASA restaurant opened its doors in Singapore, the first international opening of the chain, which now has a total of seven franchises.
PURA BRASA Singapore is a spacious, modern and casual establishment, with a capacity for one hundred diners, located in the Tanjong Pay Centre, a recently constructed building that has become the tallest in the city’s impressive skyline. In the bustling Central Business District, customers of the new restaurant can delight their palates with Spanish cuisine prepared on the charcoal grill of Josper ovens, a 100% “Made in Spain” product.
The restaurant’s open kitchen (like all the chain’s kitchens) allows diners to see how their dishes are prepared, and then taste the products cooked in them, enjoying the typical flavor of yesteryear and the perfect texture and juiciness that comes from grilling over charcoal. Perfectly grilled meats and vegetables, seafood, rice and more. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes based on the quality of the ingredients, surprising us with their variety, originality and the unique touch that charcoal gives.
The brand PURA BRASA was created in 2010 with the opening of its first restaurant in the Sant Andreu area of Barcelona. The PURA BRASA concept was a way of showing off and putting into practice the Josper charcoal oven’s technology and its wide variety of applications: what better way to show our products to our customers than by eating at PURA BRASA and seeing what they could see in the factory in situ? The success of the first establishment led to the opening of new restaurants and franchises.
