WARRANTY
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. The warranty will not apply and JOSPER is not responsible for any damage resulting from misuse, abuse, lack of reasonable and necessary required maintenance, natural disasters, animals and alteration or tampering with the appliance, accidents, hostile environments, fire caused, improper installation or operation, or installation not in accordance with the instructions contained in this manual or local regulations. In particular, JOSPER is not responsible for compliance by the client with the specific local and national technical regulations in force at any time for kitchen installations and especially for extraction systems, and it is the client's responsibility to ensure correct compliance with local regulations in each specific case.
