Josper HJA-PLUS-S80 Charcoal Oven, Josper’s small oven. Recommended for about 80 guests; it takes approximately 30 minutes to heat up, has a daily charcoal consumption of 10 to 12 kg, and operates for 9 hours per load. Hourly output is approximately 60 kg, with a grilling temperature range of 250 to 350 °C.
