Josper HJX-PRO Charcoal Oven and Josper PVJ-76 Basque Grill Combo. Charcoal oven: recommended for about 80 guests, with a preheating time of approximately 40 minutes . Basque grill: preheating time of approximately 20 minutes.

The combination of an oven and a grill offers endless culinary possibilities:

  • Triple or even quadruple grilling areas: the adjustable grill rack on the Parrilla Vasca, as well as the oven’s 5 internal grilling levels.
  • Versatility in preparation and techniques: searing on an open grill and finishing in the oven, smoking at varying intensities, separating meat, fish, or vegetables on each of the combo’s grills, and complete control over the ingredients, as well as delicately prepared dishes.
  • Control over the searing process in both the open grill and the oven thanks to the height adjustment feature.
  • Quick and easy temperature control using the handwheel equipped with a reduction gear on the open grill and the pull-rod system in the oven.
  • Increased production speed and volume thanks to the combined power of both machines operating simultaneously.
