A new year of trade fairs! We’re starting off 2014 on a high note and are already preparing for upcoming events in the gastronomy sector.
Last week we participated in the first one. From 13 to 16 January we were in Amsterdam at Horecava 2014, the largest trade fair for the Dutch Horeca sector.
Over 800 people were able to taste Josper’s best dishes— a great variety of tapas and grilled products that certainly made an impression on anyone visiting the stand.
We were also visited by top chefs such as Albert Adrià, with his two Michelin stars, and Herman den Blijker, the most famous chef in Holland, presenter of several TV programmes and also a cookbook author.

At Horecava 2014 we shared a space with the team from Halton Solutions, our supplier of the new JOSPER by Halton extraction hoods, equipped with energy-efficient filters and a washing system.
We’d like to acknowledge Halton for their collaboration– thanks to them we can offer a better service and are much more competitive.
