And from time to time we find an interview, an article in the press, a post on social media, etc., like this one: a chef is showing his kitchen, and when he arrives at the Josper, he takes his time and explains what kind of oven it is, how it works, how it is used and the flavor that our grill brings to their dishes, taking more time to describe the Josper than any other corner of their kitchen.
This time it’s Michelin-starred chef Barry Tonks from Hemingways Nairobi, in an interview for Capital Lifestyle Magazine Television.
In this 10-minute interview, Tonks shows us much of the kitchen and ends with a stroll through the magnificent facilities of this dream hotel, located in one of today’s most attractive and desired destinations— a city that is the perfect blend of a modern metropolis, home to four million people, and deep Africa, complete with beautiful wild animals and Masai culture.
