The ovens of the Class A range, now improved through the application of the new HJA- PLUS standard, maintain the design, quality and reliability of their predecessors alongside increased performance. An improved hydraulic door locking system streamlines operations for the chef. The redesigned, modernised upper and lower vents facilitate air circulation and are both easier to clean. An optimised upper tempering area allows customisation and closure with various accessories included inside.

The configuration of the HJA-PLUS allows the selection of optional side tables, as well as drawers and an upper tempering cabinet according to the user´s needs. Various colour options for the doors, drawers and tempering cabinet may be viewed in our catalogue.

Josper HJA-PLUS Mini Charcoal Oven. The Josper A-PLUS Class, recommended for about 40 diners, features an ignition time of about 25 minutes, daily coal consumption of 6-8 kg and 7 hours of independent operation per load. Its hourly production is approx. 25 kg and the braising temperature is 250-350 °C.
