Hundreds of professionals from the wine sector came together for the 3rd Gathering of Amigos del Vino, organised by Sommelier Express in Valencia on 17 and 18 November. Attendees were able to enjoy a selection of highly-rated wines, as well as the culinary excellence of Paco Roig, a renowned disciple of elBulli’s kitchens. The chef did a spectacular demonstration with the Josper oven, which released the wonderful aromas and flavours of the ember into his creations.
