Grilled green asparagus, a simple yet spectacular dish!
Clean the asparagus by removing 1 to 3 centimetres from the stem, as necessary.
Boil them for 20 seconds in water, oil, salt and pepper.
Quickly cool them and set them aside.
When it’s time to serve them, add a splash of extra virgen olive oil and season with salt and pepper, then put them directly on the Josper grill for one minute on each side. And they’re ready!
This dish can be served with: Parmesan flakes, strips of Serrano ham, romesco sauce…
