Le premier niveau inf\u00e9rieur est utilis\u00e9 pour braiser et saisir rapidement, le deuxi\u00e8me et le troisi\u00e8me pour cuire plus lentement et le quatri\u00e8me pour chauffer et garder les aliments au chaud.
