Josper&#8217;s\nnew Basque Grill has already been installed in successful establishments such\nas Vaca Nostra from Juan Pozuelo, or Lomo Alto from Carles Tejedor. This week,\nit will be installed in the famous three-Michelin starred Mart\u00edn Berasategui in\nLasarte-Oria (Gipuzkoa).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6 October 2016:\nJosper has done it again: first, it revolutionised the traditional charcoal\noven with the Josper charcoal oven, a closed barbecue; years later it was the\ntraditional Japanese grill\u2019s turn, with the creation of the Robatagrill,\nspecial for skewers; now it is revolutionising the sector once again with the\nlaunch of the Basque Grill, a traditional open grill with advanced design and\ntechnology, made up of different independent modules allowing for the adjacent\ninstallation of a Josper oven in a single complex kitchen module. Josper&#8217;s new\nBasque Grill is a very elegant piece of equipment, adding value to any\nestablishment that installs it, not only because of the unique taste brought to\nthe ingredients grilled on it, but also its use in live cooking presentations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Basque\nGrill\u2019s manufacturing process we use only the best steel alloys, created by and\nfor Josper, as well as employing the most advanced design in the construction\nof traditional grills. The appliance includes a wheel-driven mechanical system\nthat lifts the arm, is fitted with a high-quality reducer, allowing for\nmovement with little effort, and has a very strong resistance to high\ntemperatures. It takes approximately 20 minutes to heat up, with a cooking\ntemperature of 250\u00baC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The independent\ncooking modules allow each grill to be regulated independently to completely\ncontrol the cooking of all types of food. Each module has an independent ash\ncollection system and a lower drawer for storing accessories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.josper.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Render-Berasategui-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.josper.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Render-Berasategui-1-191x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2054\"\/><\/a><figcaption>  <em>Josper Basque Grill<\/em> <\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The new Basque\nGrill is perfect for all types of catering establishments: grill houses,\nbrasseries, tapas bars, bistro-caf\u00e9s, and traditional and haute-cuisine\nrestaurants. Prestigious chefs such as Juan Pozuelo and Carles Tejedor have\nalready turned to Josper&#8217;s Basque Grill for their establishments, Vaca Nostra\nand Lomo Alto.
