Con una cocina contempor\u00e1nea elaborada a base de productos frescos de temporada, Gilles Goujon busca mantener la autenticidad de la tradici\u00f3n culinaria. Y para ello cuenta con Josper. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Goujon ofrece calidad en los productos, en la cocci\u00f3n y en el condimento, siempre con un punto de originalidad sin caer en el exceso.
