Es editor de la revista <em>Veja Sao Paulo y<\/em> profesor en la universidad de Mackenzie, entre muchos otros m\u00e9ritos, y lleva escribiendo sobre gastronom\u00eda desde el a\u00f1o 1992. Sus interesantes art\u00edculos siempre nos han llamado la atenci\u00f3n desde el otro lado del charco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Loren\u00e7ato ha publicado <a href=\"http:\/\/vejasp.abril.com.br\/blogs\/arnaldo-lorencato\/2012\/07\/20\/entrevista-com-o-chef-jefferson-rueda-do-attimo\/\">esta entrevista<\/a> con el chef del restaurante Attimo en Sao Paulo, Jefferson Rueda. En ella se habla de su nueva cocina, completamente equipada, y en la que no puede faltar un horno Josper, cobrando protagonismo en una de las tres fotos de la entrevista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La apertura del Attimo est\u00e1 programada para el mes de julio; entre tanto, los cocineros est\u00e1n poniendo en marcha y practicando con todo el equipo.
