Kresala es ese rinc\u00f3n irrepetible de la costa vasca que ahora late en Barcelona, <strong>donde la brasa y el mar se abrazan en cada mesa<\/strong>, en cada plato, en cada chispa que enciende la brasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inspirado en pueblos marineros como Orio, Getaria, Hondarribia y Bermeo, este proyecto recoge la memoria de calles impregnadas del aroma del pescado asado al aire libre, donde hasta las piedras parecen conservar el perfume de la parrilla y la salitre. Lugares donde la cocina no es solo t\u00e9cnica, sino tradici\u00f3n viva, respeto por el producto y devoci\u00f3n por el fuego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kresala es tambi\u00e9n el nombre de un proyecto extraordinario. Uno de esos desaf\u00edos especiales en los que <strong>Josper pone no solo su experiencia, sino su pasi\u00f3n por la brasa.<\/strong> Un restaurante impulsado por personas con una visi\u00f3n clara y valiente: chefs que entienden el futuro sin renunciar a la ra\u00edz, emprendedores que sue\u00f1an a lo grande y maestros que dominan el arte de transformar el producto en emoci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cinco metros de brasa marina Josper<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Este templo del fuego nace de la alianza entre Mikel e I\u00f1aki L\u00f3pez de Vi\u00f1aspre (Grupo Sagard\u00ed) y Gregorio Tolosa (Bidea 2), tres nombres profundamente ligados a la cultura de la parrilla.
