Platos elaborados con diferentes t\u00e9cnicas al carb\u00f3n vegetal mostraron c\u00f3mo un <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/jospergrill.com\/es\/hornos-brasa\/\">Horno de Brasa Josper<\/a><\/strong> no solo potencia el sabor, sino que tambi\u00e9n optimiza la eficiencia operativa en cocinas profesionales de todo el mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este encuentro fue mucho m\u00e1s que una visita t\u00e9cnica: fue una oportunidad para reforzar el v\u00ednculo entre los fabricantes de referencia y la comunidad de <strong>consultores globales<\/strong> que lideran el futuro del foodservice.
