con Gilles Goujon, un tres estrellas Michelin franc\u00e9s"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Gilles Goujon, qui\u00e9n consigui\u00f3 en 2010 dos de las mas grandes condecoraciones en el mundo de la gastronom\u00eda, la de mejor cocinero de Francia y&nbsp;las tres estrellas Michelin para su restaurante&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aubergeduvieuxpuits.fr\/fr\/\">L&#8217;Auberge du Vieux Puits<\/a><\/strong>, ha estado buscando el momento ideal, desde que nos conoci\u00f3 personalmente en la feria Shira de Lyon del a\u00f1o pasado, para instalar nuestro Horno Brasa en su cocina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estuvimos encantados de atenderle en dicha feria, ya que se mostr\u00f3 desde el primer momento muy interesado en nuestro horno de carb\u00f3n, y hace una semana que nuestro director comercial Manu Pareja y el Chef Fran\u00e7ois Will, chef y propietario del restaurante <a href=\"https:\/\/restaurantlachaumiere.fr\/\"><strong>La Chaumi\u00e8re<\/strong><\/a>, en Font Romeu, pasaron a hacerle una demo muy especial en la que su plato principal fue un <em>ratatouille<\/em> que tiene su terminaci\u00f3n en una textura de sorbete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez m\u00e1s
