Y es que Joan es un maestro en el arte de la brasa&nbsp;Josper y lo demuestra en su propio restaurante, Les Tres Alzines, al que no deb\u00e9is dejar de acudir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A dos minutos del ajetreo del centro comercial de la Roca del Vall\u00e8s, Les Tres Alzines nos apremia los cinco sentidos. En plena naturaleza, se convierte en una opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s que acertada tanto para reuniones de negocios como para comidas con amigos y familia. Con la llegada del buen tiempo, degustar cualquier plato al aire libre se hace a\u00fan m\u00e1s placentero y desde luego no nos olvidamos de sus&nbsp;postres&nbsp;caseros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todo esto bajo el mando del chef Joan Valls, que no es para nada un chef convencional. Nacido en 1974 en La Roca del Vall\u00e8s, desde muy peque\u00f1o ten\u00eda ya vocaci\u00f3n de cocinero. Con el tiempo se ha convertido en un aut\u00e9ntico artesano de la cocina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De ni\u00f1o correteaba por la cocina de la mas\u00eda que por entonces regentaban sus padres. A\u00f1os m\u00e1s tarde fue experimentando en otros fogones, pero en Les Tres Alzines hizo sus primeros pinitos, y como \u00e9l mismo dice, &nbsp;<em>nunca podr\u00e9 olvidar el sabroso pollo a la brasa con el que me alimentaban mis padres<\/em>. Un plato que se sigue ofreciendo en su carta, junto a las delicias de un tierno bacalao, arroces, caracoles, cal\u00e7ots y carnes cocinados en la parrilla&nbsp;de su&nbsp;Josper, pieza central de su cocina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el cari\u00f1o y la dedicaci\u00f3n de toda una vida, Joan Valls trae a nuestra mesa el sabor de siempre con su toque personal tan caracter\u00edstico, convirti\u00e9ndose en uno de los mejores especialistas del trabajo en brasa.
