Vamos,\nque asar la pi\u00f1a convierte su sabor agridulce y acido en ahumado y complejo. Y\nesto es absolutamente perfecto para crear c\u00f3cteles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La clave consiste\nen no carbonizar la pi\u00f1a sino lograr que est\u00e9 dorada y caramelizada. Si el\ncalor de la parrilla es demasiado alto, corremos el riesgo de que la pi\u00f1a se\nqueme y eso se traduzca en un sabor amargo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pi\u00f1a a la\nbrasa aporta mucha m\u00e1s profundidad al sabor adapt\u00e1ndose perfectamente al\nalcohol de nuestro gusto (en este caso, Pisco), y su fructuosidad combina perfectamente\ncon el picante del polvo anticuchero creando la combinaci\u00f3n perfecta para\nelaborar este coctel tropical que se realza aun m\u00e1s con un chorro de jugo de\nlima. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y es que tambi\u00e9n es\nimportante, para lograr que el coctel salga perfecto, que tomemos nuestro tiempo\nen exprimir el jugo de una lima fresca ya que el que venden embotellado tiene\nun regusto qu\u00edmico que eliminar\u00e1 los sabores frescos, audaces y vibrantes del\nresultado final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, puedes\npersonalizar el coctel seg\u00fan tus preferencias en lo que respecta a la dulzura\ndel Pisco. Si lo prefieres, puedes sustituirlo agregando un toque m\u00e1s seco a la\npreparaci\u00f3n con tequila, por ejemplo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, y, aun\nas\u00ed, a continuaci\u00f3n, vamos a realizar el c\u00f3ctel firmado por Albert Adri\u00e0, con Pisco\n-y Josper, por supuesto. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignfull\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"518\" src=\"https:\/\/jospergrill.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/coctelera.png\" alt=\"coctelera\" class=\"wp-image-3959\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jospergrill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/coctelera.png 1000w, https:\/\/jospergrill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/coctelera-720x373.png 720w, https:\/\/jospergrill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/coctelera-300x155.png 300w, https:\/\/jospergrill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/coctelera-768x398.png 768w, https:\/\/jospergrill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/coctelera-64x33.png 64w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-2 kilos de pi\u00f1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-90 gramos de\nmantequilla<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-30 gramos de\ncanela en rama<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-100 gramos de\naz\u00facar moreno<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cortar la pi\u00f1a fresca en trozos medianos procurando que est\u00e9n bien pelados (sin piel) y colocar todos los ingredientes en una fuente, seg\u00fan el orden de la lista, tratando de que todo quede bien repartido en la fuente.<\/li><li>Brasear el contenido de la fuente sin tapar en el horno durante 15 minutos a fuego medio-alto. <\/li><li>Transferir la pi\u00f1a y los dem\u00e1s ingredientes (salvo las ramas de canela) en una licuadora y triturar -habiendo dejado previamente enfriar durante unos instantes la mezcla. <\/li><li>Colar el resultado para eliminar los restos.
