En Francia, desde restaurantes con Tres Estrellas Michelin, como el Auberge du Vieux Puits (Fontjoncouse) hasta la braser\u00eda reci\u00e9n inaugurada en el centro de Par\u00eds Sur la Braise, o The Beef Club, una de las mejores steakhouses de la capital francesa, todos han confiado en JOSPER para llevar la brasa a sus cocinas y jugar con las altas temperaturas y el humo. Chefs franceses de gran prestigio que trabajan en otras partes del mundo, como <strong><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"http:\/\/www.josper.es\/blog\/el-chef-raymond-blanc-en-barcelona\/\" target=\"_blank\">Raymond Blanc<\/a><\/strong> en Inglaterra y <strong><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"http:\/\/romainfornell.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Romain Fornell<\/a><\/strong> en Barcelona, tambi\u00e9n se rinden a esta caja m\u00e1gica, el Rolls-Royce de la cocina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Auberge du Vieux Puits<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Fontjoncouse, una peque\u00f1a localidad situada en el distrito de Aude (Languedoc-Rousillon), se encuentra el Auberge du Vieux Puits (5, Av. Saint Victor), un hotel-restaurante gastron\u00f3mico donde el chef <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Gilles_Goujon\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Gilles Goujon<\/a><\/strong> recibe a sus comensales en un entorno buc\u00f3lico, alejado del mundanal ruido. Desde 2010 el restaurante logra cada a\u00f1o el m\u00e1s alto reconocimiento gastron\u00f3mico, Tres Estrellas Michelin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La suya es una cocina donde destaca el uso de productos de temporada. Su relaci\u00f3n con las t\u00e9cnicas de la brasa gastron\u00f3mica JOSPER viene de lejos, tal com \u00e9l mismo menciona en la entrevista que pod\u00e9is ver \u00edntegramente en el v\u00eddeo siguiente: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=S0yHf_qtHZc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Horno brasa JOSPER en el Auberge du Vieux Puits, con Gilles Goujon<\/a>. \u201cConoc\u00ed el horno JOSPER a trav\u00e9s de otro chef amigo, <strong>Fran\u00e7ois Will<\/strong>, del restaurante La Chaumi\u00e8re de Font Romeu. El horno me pareci\u00f3 fant\u00e1stico desde el primer momento, porque en la preparaci\u00f3n se encontraba el sabor de la barbacoa y al mismo tiempo una cocci\u00f3n espont\u00e1nea en un horno cerrado con un sabor muy especial. Con el JOSPER consigo unos resultados fant\u00e1sticos\u201d, concluye el chef.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sur la Braise<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre las recientes aperturas de JOSPER en Francia, destaca la del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.surlabraise.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sur la Braise<\/a> (19 Rue Br\u00e9a, Paris), donde se sirven carnes excepcionales al horno JOSPER. En el local, dirigido por el chef Alexandre Sanchez, destaca la moderna cocina con el horno JOSPER en el centro, domin\u00e1ndolo todo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Beef Club<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El enamorado de la brasa gastron\u00f3mica nos puede encontrar tambi\u00e9n en The Beef Club, (58 rue Jean Jacques Rousseau, Par\u00eds), una de las mejores steakhouses de la capital. Influenciada por las braser\u00edas tradicionales inglesas, The Beef Club permite saborear carne de primera calidad, preparada al JOSPER, desde los cl\u00e1sicos entrecots, hasta hamburguesas con texturas y jugosidad \u00fanicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les Chenus<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-align: left;\">El restaurante Les Chenus destaca por encontrarse en la estaci\u00f3n de esqu\u00ed de Courchevel, a 2.300 m de altitud, en la Saboya francesa. El restaurante ofrece a sus clientes desde su terraza unas espectaculares vistas del enclave monta\u00f1oso en el que se encuentra. En el acogedor interior, se prepara para el comensal una grilling experience en primera persona.
