Desde luego, yo recomiendo encarecidamente los tres restaurantes<\/em>&#8220;. Con esta sentencia tan expl\u00edcita empez\u00e1bamos el d\u00eda de hoy. Nada m\u00e1s y nada menos, es el art\u00edculo que&nbsp;<strong>Alexandra Sumasi<\/strong>, Co-Directora de la revista <strong>Strogonoff<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un art\u00edculo donde se pueden apreciar las inquietudes del perfil del cliente exigente (bajo la figura de <strong>Alexandra<\/strong>), del cocinero creativo en la b\u00fasqueda constante de nuevos sabores, texturas, contrastes (<strong>Monz\u00f3n<\/strong>,<strong> Cord\u00f3n<\/strong>,<strong> Brichetto<\/strong>), de las herramientas para testear, jugar, probar, seguir probando, llevar al l\u00edmite (el <strong>Josper<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el texto de <strong>Alexandra<\/strong> delante hemos mirado atr\u00e1s los \u00faltimos meses, contemplando las entregas de los \u00faltimos hornos, las inauguraciones m\u00e1s recientes y nos encontramos con grandes descubrimientos que convergen hacia un resultado com\u00fan: nos hacen mejores.
