Es un aut\u00e9ntico embajador de la t\u00e9cnica de la parrilla en su pa\u00eds y en todo el mundo, y sabe bien c\u00f3mo asar cualquier tipo de alimento de una forma \u00fanica, a\u00f1adiendo especias al fuego para generar r\u00e1fagas arom\u00e1ticas de humo especiado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gracias a la gesti\u00f3n de <strong>Maes Inox<\/strong>, nuestro importador oficial en Benelux, De Clercq ha incorporado un <strong>Horno Brasa Josper<\/strong> en su cocina y est\u00e1 encantado con los resultados, llegando a conseguir aromatizar mucho mejor el producto braseado y con m\u00e1s sabor.
