These latest changes have resulted in an exponential increase in cooking quality and quantity, and in the overall performance of the oven.

Josper Charcoal Oven HJA-25, Josper’s small size oven, recommended for around 80 diners, the fire up time is about 30 minutes, daily charcoal consumption of 10 to 12 kg, performance per load of 9 hours. Production per hour of 60 kg average and a grilling temperature of 250 to 350 ºC.
