The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. The warranty will not apply, and JOSPER is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, abuse, failure to perform reasonable and necessary maintenance , natural disasters, animals, or the alteration or tampering with the appliance, accidents, hostile environments, arson, improper installation or operation, or an installation that does not comply with the instructions contained in this manual or local regulations . In particular, JOSPER is not responsible for the customer’s compliance with the specific local and national technical regulations in effect at any given time for kitchen installations, and especially for exhaust systems; it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper compliance with local regulations in each specific case.
