If what you are looking for is the classic Josper charcoal oven (the mythical grill oven we created in 1969, the first closed charcoal oven in the world), we advise you to visit this other page, where we explain all the models available and what they can do in your restaurant, cafeteria, bistro or even in your own home.
Basque grills: our most valued tradition
We start with our most popular professional charcoal grills, the so-called Basque grills. An unmistakable style of cooking from the north of the peninsula, which has now spread all over the country.
The Basque Grill is the traditional open grill, a traditional grill with high design and technology, which Josper has designed with the help of the great Basque chef Bittor Arginzoniz, responsible for Asador Etxebarri, the third best restaurant in the world and the best grill in the world, two prestigious awards that reflect the chef’s mastery. Of high design and technology, the Josper Basque Grill is a very elegant piece of equipment that will give high added value to any establishment that installs it, not only because it provides a differential and unique flavour to the products grilled on it, but also as a “showcooking” feature; the act of preparing dishes in front of the diners.
In addition, this professional charcoal grill allows the adjacent installation of a Josper oven in a single complex cooking unit, and can be composed of different independent units.

Josper Robatagrill
Another of Josper’s professional charcoal grills is the Robatagrill. Robata is the Japanese charcoal grilling style, in which small portions of food are cooked. It is ideal for the modern interpretation of some of the most prized dishes from the land of the rising sun… And of course for local dishes. In fact, the robata cuisine style throughout our territory has a distinct Mediterranean feel to it.
