Josper at VHIOVida Festival
On October 22, Cabrils is preparing to host the 1st VHIOVida Music Festival with the aim of raising money for research into the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer carried out by VHIO.
From 12 in the morning and until 7:00 p.m., you can enjoy a day full of music and activities for all ages thanks to the selfless collaboration of music groups, DJs and workshop leaders. With the contribution of 10 euros per ticket to the VHIOVida Festival (5 in the case of children under 14 years of age), you can participate in concerts and DJ sessions by artists and groups such as Tatiana y el Trino, Stella, Muchaxo, Game Over, Miquel Moya, Olds & Youngs and Robert Poch, and DJs like Bogu, Edu Fernández, Adam Vives and Ivan Coll; as well as different activities such as wine tasting, slot-scalextric or magic races, and children’s makeup workshops, yoga or reflexology, among others. The VHIOVida Music Festival is the recreational-cultural performance of the #IrurtzunRules project, which has been launched by a handful of friends and relatives as a result of Sergi’s experience since he was diagnosed with colorectal cancer four years ago.
The celebration of this charitable music festival, together with the participation of the #IrurtzunRules cycling team in the TRANSPYR Coast to coast race, aims to create spaces from which to publicize one of the cancers with the highest incidence in our country and that each It affects a younger population as well as the workforce carried out by centers such as the Hospital Universitari Vall d’Hebron and groups such as the Gastrointestinal and Endocrine Tumors Group of the Vall d’Hebron Oncology Institute (VHIO).
